After working as a CPA in the Twin Cities for a decade, I moved back to greater Minnesota to work with my family’s business. I knew I wanted to keep a part of the vibrant work culture I was used to in the Cities alive. That evolved into fulfilling a dream of owning and renovating a historic building in downtown St. Cloud!
As jobs increasingly move remote and work no longer dictates where we live, I truly believe this type of flexible, collaborative office space is the way of the future! I’m so proud of the creative environment we were able to build in this beautiful historic setting and I can’t wait to share it with you!

Kim became one of our private office users in 2021 when she was looking for an alternative to working from home (or loud coffee shops). After falling in love with the space, and our mission to connect with our community, she decided to become more involved. In accordance with her creative business, Creative Apparatus, LLC, Kim manages our social media and other marketing needs. She also accomplishes day-to-day tasks at the office, and connects with potential tenants - giving tours, setting up meetings, and more.
